A London-based company recently awarded the university the "Best Somatic Assessment Project Award 2022". The award was presented to the university on June 21 in London. The award was given by a non-business organization called 'E-Assessment Association'.
For the past two years, the university has conducted online examinations using the artificial intelligence-based Proctored method. The peculiarity of this method is that if someone is present in the room during the examination and helps the examinee, it will be easily caught. Even if the examinee turns his head to look at a book or study material and writes, he grasps the special technology of artificial intelligence. It is so strict that inattentive students prefer offline exams. Because, there is an opportunity to do 'hall-collection'.
"In just six months, we have developed this method and started implementing it," said Shubhashis Dutta, controller of examinations. The test has been going on in the same manner for two years. The question papers are also scientifically prepared so that the students are not deprived. Many times the number given by the teacher is different. That is not possible in our question. There are MCQ questions, however, the answers to those are hard to come by, You have to work hard to get it out.
