It is One Type of Selective and Optional Admission Process of Colleges and University Under Wbjee. There is No Surence that, Every college will Conduct Spot Round Admission. It, totally Depend on the Vacant seat of Different Branches. If the Vacancy is Less or few then Most time College did not Publish any Direct Notice, the Students who Directly/Indirectly Contact Office Get the Priority. But, If there are so many Vacancies in Different Branch, then the Authority Publish Notice for "SPOT Round Admission". - Candidate also have to fulfill all Criteria of Councelling Recomended by WBJEE Board Official .
- Candidates must pass the last qualifying examination 10+2 or HS with requisite percentage of marks as mentioned in WBJEE Bulletin, (i.e. 45% minimum).
Documents to be brought at the time of Spot Round counseling
- Rank Card issued by WBJEE-2021.
- Duly filled in admission form for decentralized counseling. Different for Each College, Available on Their Website.
- Admit Card of WBJEE-2021 or its copy.
- Relevant domicile certificate of West Bengal (in the specific format by WBJEEB).
- Admit-card, Mark-Sheet/ Certificate of Madhyamik Examination (10th Standard) or equivalent examination.
- Admit-card, Mark-Sheet of H.S. Examination (10+2 standard) or equivalent examination.
- SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B Caste Certificate for Category (Original & Xerox copy).
- After admission students will have to submit anti -ragging declaration and medical fitness certificate before the commencement of regular classes.
- Any Photo Identity Proof issued by a Government Agency (Voter ID, ADHAR card, PAN card, etc.).

The application process of Spot Round wbjee decentralize counselling, will be online/Offline depend on College, But most of College arrange it by Direct go to Institution Campus. Applications with Incomplete / Wrong / Suppressed information
and/or illegible / wrong / missing supporting documents will be summarily rejected without further correspondence.

Keep, Mind If you Already admitted in Another College, the Refund will totally Your Responsibility, If you Want. But if You already Took admission in that particular College, but in SPOT you Change Your Branch, You Don't have to pay Fees Again, or few Less.
Selection and Admission Process of decentralize counselling
- Selection will be based upon WBJEE GMR only and will follow the regulations set out in the UG admission information brochure.
- Eligible candidates will be considered allotted a seat to the highest possible programme of his/her choice, if vacancy exists.
- Selection for a branch will automatically mean admission to that course and the applicant will not have any scope of not accepting that or reverting back to his earlier admitted seat, if any.
