WBJEE admission Document Required 2021

Documents to be submitted (SELF attested photocopy in two sets). Original
documents to be produced for verification:

1. Filled in Admission form. 
2. Provisional admission letter (original). 
3. Provisional seat allotment letter (original). 
4. WBJEE admit card.
5. WBJEE Rank Card.
6. 12th Marksheet Certificate.
7. Mark sheet of 10th Madhyamik.
8. Proof of date of birth (Admit of class 10/Birth certificate). 
9. Reservation certificate (for SC / ST / OBC / PWD). 
10. West Bengal Domicile Certificate as per WBJEEB format. 
11. Aadhaar Card. 
12. A certificate from registered medical practitioner regarding general health and fitness of the applicant: Medical Fitness Certificate (Blood Group & Vision must be mentioned).
13. Five recent colored pass port size photos, one of which to be attached on Admission form, and other (two must be signed by applicant on back side). 
14. Anti-ragging affidavit on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper – one by applicant and one by father /guardian (Format available in all college website) 
15. Fees/Tuition Fees Payment Receipt.
