The Institution of Engineering And Technology (IET) designed and Launched their Scholarship for Indian Under Graduate Engineering Student for All Branch and All Semester. This year will be The 5th Edition of this Scholarship for Indian Under Graduate Engineering Students.
This Session The Application is Opened to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Undergraduate Engineering Students from any Govt/Private Recognized Institution Approved by AICTE.

What is the IET scholarship?
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (The IET) is one of the world’s largest societies for engineers. The International society has their Headquarters in UK. Their Main Motive is innovation and change in the fields of engineering and technology. So, they launch Their Scholarship Programme which motivate engineering students of India.

Eligibility Criteria for IET 2021 Session
This 2021 Session , the IET Scholarship awards are open for all 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year UG engineering students, from all AICTE approved Government/ Privet engineering Institution can apply for "IET India Scholarship 2021" this year.
Eligibility Criteria Guidelines for Students :
- All UG Engineering Students from first, second, third year and fourth year and From any Semester Can Apply for This Scholarship
- Students Must be a full time regular Students from a UG Engineering student from an AICTE/UGC approved Government/ Privet engineering institution.
- Any Branch Students can Apply, (CSE, IT, CE, ME, ECE, EE etc.) Open to all engineering students from all engineering fields.
- All regular credit courses/ Papers must have been cleared in a single attempt by the applicant, BACKLOG Students are not Eligible.
- UG marks should be at least 60% in aggregate for the semesters cleared so far or corresponding to CGPA of at least 6.5 in a 10 point scale.
- Higher Secondary (or equivalent) marks should be above 60% or of equivalent grade.
- There is no age limit for the applicant.
- Application is open for all IET members and non- members and for all branches of engineering as recognized by the AICTE/UGC approved Institutions and national institutes are eligible to apply for scholarship.

Step 1: At First You need to Go in The Official Scholarship site of "IET India Scholarship". You Can Follow the Link Click Here to Go »
Step 2: After Launching in their Official Scholarship site Of IET India, You can Read about the Scholarship, Eligibility, Registration Process and Their Terms and Condition.
Step 3: In Top Right Corner You will See a Register Button and Also Log In Button. As a Fresh Applicant you Need to Register Yourself in Their Site For Complete The Application for IET India Scholarship.
Step 4: Clicking the Registration Option a New Page Will Open. You Need to Register Yourself with Your,
- FirstName + Last Name
- Mobile Number + Email Id
- University Name
- College/Institution Name
- Your Course Year
- State + City you Living
Step 5: After fill this Academic Details, you Have to Choose How Did You Known About Their Scholarship. You Can Select as Your Choice.
Step 6: After fill all that, Click Submit Button and Your Registration Completed.

After complete Registration You Application will Go For Review, If You are Selected you will Notified through your Registered Email. After That You Have to Submit the Soft copy Of your Academic Details, If selected.
Awards and Selection Process
Stage 1: Online test
Candidates shortlisted from Registration Progress will have to Attend an online test. This online test is to Testing the Student's Basic knowledge in engineering subjects.
- Exam Rules:
- The Exam Will Taken on the Basic Subjects of Basic Knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science.
- The total number of questions will be 50 with multiple choice options. MCQ exam will taken totally online Mode.
- A cut off mark/score will be decided for each regional level. Based on the cut–off, the applicants will be shortlisted for the next level.
Stage 2: Regional Level Assessment
In the Regional Level Assessment, the contestant will be required to give a presentation on the topic that will be given by the Jury members.
The topic will have current relevance and is focused on solving a current societal challenge in that region. The topic will be communicated to the contestants at least 10 days in advance to enable the student to prepare. We are monitoring the pandemic situation closely and will decide on whether this round will happen in person or online at least 30 days before the scheduled date of the presentations.
The Regional Assessment will be conducted across 4 regions:
- Regional South
- Regional North
- Regional East + North East
- Regional West
Stage 3: The National Finals
The National Finals of IET India Scholarship Awards 2021 will be held tentatively in October 2021. Shortlisted candidates will make a presentation on their vision and solution, as they see it, for an engineering problem that is relevant to the society.
The National Finals may also include a Group Discussion and the topic for this GD will be given by the jury on the day of the National Finals.
After, All of that The Scholarship and Certificate Will Distributed.

That is a great Initiative Taken by IET, India. Original Talented Students will Get the Advantage of That Scholarship and Inspire Them In Field Of Engineering And Technology. There is No Registration Fees for Application. So, Every Students Should Participate. If They Selected For This Scholarship, they will achieve a Great Experience and Knowledge.
