- Girl Studying, Must be a domicile of West Bengal.
- Must be studying Engineering/Medical or Any Basic Science Subjects.

"WBFS" is for the under Graduate students in Engineering & Technology/ Pharmacy/ Architecture department in Government/Private Institutions of the State. The waiver is limited to the tuition fee for all the institutions concerned. All other fees except tuition fees will have to be borne by the beneficiary.
